Users can register their account for free and obtain full access and functionality of the platform to make bookings, reservations or to advertise their properties.
Variety of filters are available for users to search for accommodation starting from basic parameters such as type of nature and dates, to a property specific facilities such as sauna, pool, kitchen, etc.
If the accommodation you wish to book has the ‘Instant Booking’ functionality enabled, you can make the Reservation instantly by paying the booking fee displayed on the checkout page. However, if your selected accommodation requires you to send a request to the host through the ‘Book Now’ option, you will need to wait for the host’s approval before proceeding to make a Reservation.
You can initiate a cancellation request by contacting the Host from within the platform dashboard functions and requesting cancellation of your confirmed reservation. Once the reservation is cancelled, the platform will initiate the refund of the booking fee in accordance with the Refund Policy (as applicable).
The host is strictly prohibited to cancel confirmed bookings except under the extreme circumstances. However, if cancelation is initiated by the host before your check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund.
After you check-out from the accommodation the review option will become available under your dashboard reservations tab and you can rate and review the accommodation and the Host. . Ratings and reviews are designed to help other Guests on the Platform make informed decisions when searching for a suitable accommodation.
